| Ajaan Sing in a Thai temple |
A while back, I started getting comments from my clients to start a blog or a website because a lot of visitors were interested to learn more about the taboo subject of spirits or ghosts as some would call it and of the paranormal. There is often a paradox in the misunderstood world of the spiritual realm. We fear it, but at the same time, it fascinates us as well. Stories and old wives tales told to us and passed down by word of mouth did nothing to allay our fears.
There is a lot written about the supernatural world from a western perspective but often there is not a lot of material written from an eastern point of view. My background stems from a Buddhist perspective, specifically from the Thai Theravada Buddhism in the field of the Lersi which is a practise that is passed down solely from Master to the chosen disciple while sutras are memorized and stored in the head inplace of our laptops or iphones.
If I were to tell you that there is nothing to fear in the spirit world, would you take my word for it? I am not here to convince you of anything but I would like to share my stories with you. And I do have a lot of stories that I can share with you through my past and present experiences in my day to day job as a medium and geomancer.
The first erroneous misunderstanding is one that sometimes annoys me a little and that is, I do hope to debunk the myth that Not all mediums are in a constant state of trance with their eyes rolled up to the skies with their bodies convulsing while muttering gibberish words. This is not the case, people are very much surprised when they speak more to me and learn that I am actually just a normal man on the street with special spiritual gifts.
The other thing is that because I look ‘young’ (which to me is subjective anyway and btw, I like Guns ‘N’ roses, so go figure), my ‘gifts’ and ‘skills’ in capturing ghosts/spirits, cleansing and blessing space to get rid of spirits, reading past lives and power chanting to increase our energies are sometimes questioned and some would simply dismiss it as sheer rubbish. My thing is this…seeing IS believing, and as corny as it sounds, only time will tell if I am really accurate in my predictions and advises.
Keep a look out for the series of encounters which I will share in the coming days and from time to time, I will have guest contributors relating their personal encounters with spirits. Who knows….the stories of the spirits in my blog may just be located in your neighbourhood…..

Yay! Congratulations on the Blog Master Ajaan Sing!
ReplyDeleteI've known Master for about a year now, but it feels like I've known him for ages. I still remember my first encounter with him. I was with my then boss, waiting for him to arrive at our workplace. He was strongly recommended by my wife, and so me and my ex-boss were waiting for him. We had pictured an elderly gentleman with flowing robes and a long beard with beads around his neck. (well i guessed 1 part right, he wears beads around his neck during prayers!) Then to our surprise, Master arrived, donned in a funky jeans and a cool shirt. We looked at each other and went "hmmm".
He lived up to every word of the phrase, "do not judge a book by its cover" (Pardon the cliche).
The series of events that unfolded there is another story, but I've learnt (and am still learning) so much from Master. I can personally vouch that he is a sincere and genuine person, whose main interest is in helping people.
Congratulations! Thumbs up on the launch of your website & blogspot!
ReplyDeleteThe long awaited internet 'connection' with your clients is finally up & running! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Ajaan Sing to anyone who is in the Sales industry! I would never want to be selfish & keep this Gem all to myself (even though the queue of getting to see him is getting longer and longer...)
But hey! it's worth the wait! I am in the property sales industry and was referred to Ajaan Sing by a very close colleague of mine... When I first went to see him in his previous shop located at Blk 3 Everton Park, my heart was pounding very hard... I never really wanted to do this because I 'thought' i believe in my capability... but as times flies and I have Zero clock-in for a continuous of 3 months... I know my bad luck had been much overwhelming compared to hard work thrown in... I really couldn't wait any longer! I told myself I must not let luck ruin my morale any further!
It was a Monday evening in February 2009... I step into his shop and smile at him... he waved me to his seat in front of his desk where my 'fortune' lies on it... he then swept his cards and begin chanting and shuffling it... I was almost frowning... taking a deep breathe and wondering... "how come he never ask me what I want to ask before he starts?" After this thought my heart started to pound even harder, I could almost hear the beat! "Oh dear he can see through me!" I was almost thinking aloud... He then told me to shuffle the cards and pass it back to him... I did what he told me and more chanting follows... he distributed the cards in an orderly manner and finally look up at me and smile... "oh dear" i was looking stiffly once again... "What do you want to ask?" he questioned. "OH!" I said (thinking inside myself, chey... I must have been too nervous to actually have imagine and planted this whole visit inside my mind the night before..) I seemed to 'woke up' and quickly answered him... "Please don't tell me anything else you can see in my card beside my career, I do not want to know about my family & relationship future." "AH!" as I found myself in thoughts again... no wonder I was so nervous... cos I was holding back what I wanted to tell him before he even started... He smiled in a different way this time and nodded to me and started telling me which lunar month my luck will be blocked and when I will be able to close more cases smoothly... Throughout the explanation from him, i know my expression was priceless... for at one moment i was agaping and the next I was frowning then follow by laughter... "He sure has a great sense of humour to calm a customer down" I thought quickly as he continue his explanation... I was given a magical tailsman at the end of the session which left my mouth wide open for at least 30 seconds... I took the tailsman in my hands as if a little child was given a reward sweet... I bowed at him and bid goodbye... He smile again and told me I will be back...
2 weeks passed... life was great! I manage to 'break the egg' and move on... he was right... I went back with another colleague of mine who I thought had the same worrying face when I first went there...
Really thank you, Master Sing. I will heed your every advise and excel in my work! Bless
Being a follower with Ajaan Sing for almost a year, his advices and meditation teaching have enlighten me and make me a happier person.
